1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by NiKE HOSTING ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

We provide game server hosting, application hosting, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your server. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in any illegal activities under applicable laws.
• Hosting or distributing malicious software (malware, viruses, etc.).
• Participating in or facilitating Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
• Using excessive network resources that disrupt service for other customers.
• Storing or sharing pirated software or copyrighted material without permission.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payments: Services are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually). Payment is due in advance of the service period.

Refunds: We offer a refund within the first 72 hours of the initial purchase for new customers. Refunds are not provided for renewals or after this initial period. Violations of these Terms may void your eligibility for a refund.

Cancellations: You may cancel your service at any time through the client portal. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your service period upon cancellation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided "as is." In no event shall NiKE HOSTING, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
